Operating Fund
As one can imagine, the day to day cost of operating a large facility and providing for the elderly poor who have outlived their resources, can be quite costly.  Reimbursement from Medicaid covers less than a third of the actual cost of care.  The cost of caring for the elderly poor in a manner respectful of their dignity far exceeds the income received from the Resident's pensions, Social Security or Medicaid.

How to make a Gift to the Operating Fund
A gift can be made to the Little Sisters by cash, check, stocks, bonds or other liquid assets.
